A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please notify us as soon as you can. 

(this helps us to reallocate your slot)

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or unattended appointments will result in the loss of your booking fee deposit. Where a deposit has not been taken for your booking and you have missed an appointment or cancelled with less than 24 hours you will be required to pay a £20 booking fee deposit before your next appointment.

Cancellations on the day will be charged at full price and will be required to be paid before your next appointment and if a course has been booked you will lose that session.
